Where Personal Information Is Held and How It Is Protected
All data is stored on our servers and office computers which are encrypted and password protected. Some data is stored on Google Drive as part of G Suite, and backups are stored on Amazon Web Services. Both Google and Abels fully comply with GDPR rules with encryption and two-step verification.
We also hold information via third parties through Winman and Vebra cloud servers, both of which have in-depth privacy policies and are fully GDPR compliant.
How Long Will Your Personal Information Be Kept
Abels retains personal data for as long as necessary to provide services, support, and to fulfil transactions you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations and resolving disputes.
